I changed my rating from a 5 to a 3. Really unfortunate that he has people working for him that are rude, incompetent, and really just don't care. Josh is amazing, his staff is not. I have moved what I could to Buddy Wood State Farm out of Natchitoches."

"This rate and review is subject to change based on the owners response..... I changed from another major insurance company to this agent with State Farm a few months back. I needed to add another vehicle to it last week, so I reached out to the person who originally wrote my policy with this agency. He never returned my calls or answered my text. I called the main number to the office and the person that took the call happened to have the same first name as the person that wrote my policy. He informed me that the other person with that name no longer worked there but he would have someone call me back to add the vehicle to my policy. I am still waiting on that phone call. Update; The owner did reach out and made this right. Not sure where it all went wrong however, he did get someone on it had it straightened out in just a few hours.
