My name is Heather Reynolds. I’m a mom to four rambunctious boys who have wildly differing personalities. My husband, Nick Reynolds, is a firefighter for Monroe City, and our home is in West Monroe. We are an active family with kids in soccer, football and one getting ready to start baseball.
I was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana. I went to West Monroe High School and graduated from Louisiana Delta Community College with an Associate’s in Business Technology. I then went on to graduate from ULM with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing. I am licensed in Life and Health Insurance as well as Property and Casualty in the state of Louisiana. I love being able to spend my day helping people from my hometown and surrounding areas, whether it’s by saving money for someone on a budget or helping them get coverage in place where there was none before.
In my (very little) spare time, I love to read. I’ve always been a reader and try to instill that in my kids as well. I have a photography business that is more of a passion than a money-maker. I love being able to express myself through art, whether it’s photography or poetry. I consider myself a lifetime learner and am always looking to expand my knowledge-base. My goal in life is to get the most out of life that I can and leave the biggest positive impact I can manage.

I never thought I would be in the insurance industry as I was in the medical field for 7 years; but some would joke it’s in my blood due to my mother also being in insurance for 20 plus years with State Farm. I found a true passion so quickly when I joined this team. I love to help people find affordable options in their coverage but my passion is life and health and making sure our customers and their families are protected for the what ifs. I am licensed in life,health, property, and casualty in LA. When I am not at work , I’m either thrifting, taking photos with my photography business, or planting flowers and gardening. I thrive in chaos and constantly making a to do list. I drink way too much coffee and Coca Cola; Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons; and I love Jesus. I wouldn’t be blessed with the life I have without Him. If you ever need a yapping friend, I’m your gal. I just love to make people happy and feel welcomed, loved, and leave an impact where I can.
